8 Springs Studio - Holiday Charity Class!

8 Springs Studio, a megaformer fitness studio located in the Cast Iron Lofts (18th and Coles St.) in Jersey City, is excited to be hosting a Holiday Charity Class on Sunday, December 15 at 1 pm.  The event will not only feature holiday music but is sure to be a hell of a workout during this holiday season (holiday attire is encouraged)!  Let's come together and get it shakin' for a good cause.

The event which is taking place right in the middle of holiday season (post Thanksgiving feast, pre Christmas/Hannukah treats) is open to our whole community and all proceeds raised from the class will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation of New Jersey Inc.  Deeksha Taneja, one of our instructors, will be teaching class!  Having lost her older brother last December, this holiday charity class is dedicated to gratitude and cherishing existing relationships, fostering new ones, and helping children build these nurturing relationships in the community.
