I am Frank Pollak and the husband of a beautiful bride who is now in heaven. Her name is Theresa (Terri) Pollak. She passed away suddenly at home early Sunday morning on October 11th from a massive heart attack. My family and I were not prepared for this loss, emotionally or financially.
Terri was the love of my life. I knew it from the first time I met her. She was loving and kind and very naturally touched many lives with her precious gift from God.
I especially loved the way she took care of me, our daughter Elizabeth, and our precious granddaughter Jordyn. She was the best example of unconditional love that I have ever known. She was my Beautiful Bride for 34 years. She was a Daughter, Sister, Niece, Mother, Grandmother, Friend, and Neighbor. And, she was loved by all!
We are raising funds to pay for her funeral cost and celebrate her life. These gifts will also help our family cover essential living expenses for a short while as we adjust to becoming a single income family.
Please help us honor her and her life. Any contributions, no matter how big or small, will be most lovingly and wholeheartedly be appreciated.
Because the funeral is going to be on Thursday, October 22 the funds are need as soon (sooner than soon) as possible.
