Help Fiona run again

Hey all, my name is Jesse Lynn and I'm starting this fundraiser for my sweet pup Fiona.

A couple of weeks ago my son and I were out for a run with our pups and Fiona slipped on some ice and tore her ACL. A torn ACL in dogs, technically called a CCL, is a torn ligament in the knee. With this injury, Fiona is not able to use her hind right leg at all. Most of the time she holds her foot up off the floor and doesn't put any weight on it. She can no longer run or play with our other pup and she has a very difficult time getting up on the couch or climbing the stairs.

Fiona's going to be 6 years old this year, and I just can't see her limping around for the rest of her life. So, we've opted to have surgery done, which I'm told has a very high success rate and will give her pretty much full use of her back leg again. However, the surgery is expensive! And I am saving my pennies the best I can, but at the rate I'm going, it will be another 6 months to a year before I can afford this surgery.

So that's where you come in my friends. If you've ever met Fiona, you'll know what a super sweet heart she is! I want for her to live her best life and I would love to get this surgery happening for her as soon as possible so she doesn't have to suffer any longer than absolutely necessary.
