Lung Transplant

Leon needs your help for travel and temporary housing for a double lung transplant at the Cleveland Clinic. He has severe black lung disease from many years mining coal to support his family. This is a non-treatable disease and is progressive.  The Clinic requires a long term stay post-operation and three years of follow up  visits.
