Get the Bagel Shop to the finish line!!!

I've done it before, help me do it again!
Back in 2008, I did something nearly impossible - I opened a NY bagel shop in Idaho. I did it on my own, in the most unconventional way - a commercial bakery in my basement, and a deli in a bus. I did it at the worst time you could open a business - in the midst of a significant economic slump.
And I succeeded.
For two and a half years, I brought authentic NYC bagels to the city of Idaho Falls, and gave them a taste of what a real bagel is like.
Now I'm in New York, to open up a brick and mortar shop. I've got the most amazing location, right on the river in downtown Troy, a beautiful, historic shopping area with a bustling year-round farmer's market.
I have my equipment ready to install, my menus printed, and people all around me, eagerly waiting for me to open, salivating at the thought of having real-deal bagels in town again.
Then the worst happens - my big bagel oven is unrepairable. The reconditioning will cost more than a new one. I had to order a brand new one, and in a hurry. It takes weeks to build. And a LOT of money to pay for.
(Do a search for 'revolving tray oven' if you want your jaw to drop)
Friends and family, bagel connoisseurs and foodies, bagel purists and die-hards, I'm reaching out to you because I have no other options. The banks consider me a startup business, so a business loan isn't an option anymore.
I'm so close to opening - Help me get my dream on the ground, and bring real Jewish bagels to the wonderful folks in the Capital region!
