Love birds in need.

I am reaching out to help our parents with some financial assistance due to the failing health of my parents and the many trials they have endured throughout the past couple of years. Our father Don Schantz has been battling macular degeneration and has been taking injection treatments for several months.

My mother Carol Schantz has been fighting cancer for a little over 2 years. She had been on chemo pills and had a kidney removed due to cancer. Just recently she was told the cancer has come back and a few days before she was scheduled to begin chemo she was admitted to the hospital. Her health has rapidly been degrading. On Friday, April the 8th the decision was made to bring in hospice to help keep her comfortable until God calls her home.

We are asking that if anyone would be interested in helping in any way that would be greatly appreciated. Any assistance will be used to help them with any medical, monies to help Dad stay by Moms side as often as he can as well as being utilized to help provide a proper funeral. If there are any excess funds these will be used to provide for our father.

For those of you that have known our parents. You will probably agree that they have always had time for each other and for anyone else at the drop of a hat. They would and have given everything they had. They live a simple life and have never asked for much. If you can help, even if it is as simple as sharing this fund. Anything, or just reach out and verbally let them know you love and care for them.
