Help a young mom

Hello everyone. I need your help. I would like to share a story with you. I ask you to PLEASE read it. Four years ago I brought my dog KC to a groomer. The groomer’s name is Amanda. Over the years Amanda and I have become friends. Always smiling and laughing, she is truly sunshine. Like many she is an entrepreneur and has felt the affects of Covid. Her business was closed for several months in 2020. Never did she complain.

Forward to November 2021, I could see Amanda was not her usual self. She confided in me she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. The news was devastating. Her surgery resulted in a double mastectomy. She underwent treatment and was in remission, all the while only taking a couple of weeks off. That is not how one heals. You see Christmas was coming. Oh ya did I mention my friend is the mother of a beautiful 11 year old daughter. Fast forward Amanda is no longer in remission. She is fighting for her life, yet still having to go to work because like all of us has commitments and has to pay her bills. Amanda has stage 3-4 cancer. This young mom needs our help. She needs the strength, energy, the will to fight. She needs the strength to hug her little girl. Mom is her superhero. Amanda is burdened with financial responsibilities. This is not fair. My heart is broken. I want to help her financially. I’m asking you to help me help her.
