Mitten Pizza customers, and friends! We have some...news.

Unfortunately Mitten Pizza LLC was sent a “corrected” electric bill in the amount of $19,795.75. A mistake from our electric company was found out and know they are charging us 12 months back (the longest amount of time they can legally back charge us due to their own error)

This is not a bill that Mitten Pizza LLC can afford to pay, so it is with great sadness that we are announcing that we WILL close the doors on November 1st and cease operations completely if we are unable to negotiate this bill down to a number that isn’t laughable. We are a small owner operator pizza place, not a huge chain that has millions in accounts and lawyers paid to handle these circumstances.

Local customers, we love you, and thank you SO much for your continued support over the past 3 years

     It is NOT our goal to close down a business that the community loves, but unless we can figure out a solution with the electric company, that is the current plan. We will continue to exhaust all avenues and ideas to get over this hump

Being in business is hard enough, things like this really can take the wind out of your sails, errr in this case, the pepperoni off your pizza
