House fire recovery

Hi, my name is Libby Starks. In the early hours of Saturday Jan 20th a fire swept through my sons home. It was the home we raised our kids in and we have had it for 36 years. When my mom and dad passed away couple of years ago we decided to move into their home in town which gave us the opportunity to let John and his family have the old house to raise his children in. The home will now likely have to be rebuilt but the many months it will take to make that happen are going to be rough.

I've had multiple people ask what is needed and honestly we are still trying to process the devastation of the loss as well as determine what immediate necessities are needed combined with expected expenses until we hear back from insurance as to what will be covered.

As of now the immediate issue is them being displaced and for who knows how long. And they have little to no clothing so we need to do some purchasing of clothes, socks, underwear, shoes..... Expenses related to moving any salvageable items to storage...... I don't know yet anything about deposits or deductible fees yet so we are just going to take it one day at a time.

Anything can help at this point and even $1 can add up.
