On April 26th, 2021 the Jackson family lost a husband, father, and friend Unexpectedly. Ray or “Red” as everyone knows him, was the innocent victim of a car accident (see the news article below).
What the article doesn’t tell you is that Red left behind five children Megan (23), Rachel (20), Rayne (18), and Jon (12), Raylynn (2), and two grandchildren Davion (1) and Davonte (4mos).
He also left behind his wife of almost 13 years, Tracey, who is currently pregnant with their 2nd child (together) due in June. Not only did she lose her husband, but now she has medical bills for the children, and a funeral to plan for her other half. ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - One person is dead and two others injured after a crash in Rockford Sunday afternoon.
Around 4:50 p.m., Rockford Police SCOPE Team officers attempted to stop a fleeing vehicle with stop sticks. The vehicle continued to take off. About one mile later, the police say the suspected vehicle crashed into another car at 9th St. and Harrison Ave. in Rockford.
Police say a 43-year-old died as a result of the crash. A 12-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl were transported to an area hospital.
