Pandemic Forces 89 Year Old "Mr. B" to RETIRE
Donation protected
89 year old Ernest "Mr. B" Bowens has been a respected cook for 64 years at Highland Park Cafeteria in Dallas since 1956. He served our country in 1951 when he was drafted into the 45th artillery of the U.S. Army. After the war ended he started working at the Highland Park Cafeteria. His career lasted 64 years until the cafeteria closed permanently after 95 years because of the pandemic aftermath. "Mr B's" Faith and Work ethic are equally truly inspirational. Please help me inspire him with our Respect, Gratitude and Admiration.
I want "Mr B" to have a proper retirement sendoff! Help me lift his Spirits.
"Keep God in front of you," Bowens said, offering his advice for a long life. "Keep serving the Lord. Serving the Lord will pay off."
