It is with a heavy heart that we announce the loss of one of our beloved family members, Arthur "Tury" Arzola.  On April 10, 2014, he was involved in a tragic charter bus

crash in Orland, CA.  Tury was traveling up north in a charter bus with students attending a college tour to Humboldt University.  Tury was severely burned in the accident and was airlifted to UC Davis Medical center, where he passed away.  He is survived by his wife, mother, father, two brothers and extended family.  At the tender age of 26 years old Tury accomplished more in his short life than people do in their entire life.  He was scheduled to receive his Masters degree and become the Director of IEFL (Inland Empire Future Leaders).  Tury was the hardest working man and was always determined to meet his goals and help everyone around him do the same.  We would love to raise money in his name to help setup a scholarship fund in his name.  He lived his life trying to help everyone around him and when he became a counselor at humbolt he was living his dream. He provided endless love and support for his family and friends and impacted those lives he touched in such a short period of time.  He is remembered most for his passionate commitment to helping low-income and first-generation students get into college.  He knew he was going to make a difference in the people around him and we want his name to be carried on and remembered for his hard work and dedication to those in need.

Thank you for the Love and Support
