James Christian Rico Memorial Fund

This page has been set up by the family of James Christian Rico in memory of his life.   We all feel extremely blessed that in his short 25 years he showed us and everyone that knew him more love, compassion, and happiness then most people get to experience in a hundred years.  He was an amazing son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson, boyfriend, student, and friend.  He was the greatest 25 year gift to our world and our lives and for that we will all be eternally thankful. 
We have asked that instead of flowers or gifts that donations be made to his high school basketball program.  Jay always had a passion for basketball and considered his Aiea Na Ali'i teammates his brothers and his teacher, Mrs. Leisha Bento, his second mom.   We all feel this is the best way to honor him.  The money will be used towards a table banner and other needed supplies or equipment.   Thank you so much for allowing him to share his love of the game with his future basketball brothers.
