Michael is a sensational man with a deep passion for life, travel, adventure, history, Harry Potter, his family and friends. If you are some of lucky people to call him a friend, then you know what a fiercely loyal, kind, generous, and compassionate soul he is.

Two weeks ago, Michael went into the emergency room with shortness of breath and a cough. The hospital course has been treacherous. The initial diagnosis was pneumonia; later complicated by a cardiac arrest in hospital and multi organ failure. He was transferred to another hospital that could offer a higher level of care for his heart and other affected organs. The medical team says his journey to recovery will be a long one.
