Doug Fischer Stroke Recovery Fund

Doug and Anita Fischer along with their four children (ages 6-15) are an active family that is known for their dedication to school, children’s sports, and overall investment in friendships and building community.

In January 2022 Doug suffered a stroke which has turned the Fischer family’s whole world upside down and inside out. Doug was initially in the ICU and once stabilized moved to an acute rehab facility for several weeks to begin his recovery. Doug is now home and putting in the hard work to continue his recovery. This has been a very difficult time, and many have asked how they can help Doug and the Fischer family. To support the family, we are raising money so Doug can focus on his continued recovery and healing. As the Fischer’s continue to navigate the road ahead this will help alleviate worries about many out of pocket and unexpected costs. The Fischer’s are tremendously thankful for all the well wishes, prayers, help, and support for them during their time of need.
