Emergency Vet Help

Hi, my name is Andrew. My roommate's cat has caught a terrible respiratory infection within the last 48 hours. She is completely lethargic, short of breath, febrile, not hungry, and not moving. I'm worried for how ill she is, and she needs an emergency veterinary visit. However, neither my roommate nor I can afford one based on our not having an income. Please help us help our cat, Roxie.
