FTM Top Surgery

I am trying to raise money for my transitioning top surgery.  I am one year on testosterone and have had amazing growth.  I have worked hard and lost 75lbs just to get in my best shape for surgery. I am the main income in my household.  My wife is disabled and cannot work.  I work hard at the same job I have had for three years.  My company is GLBT friendly however upper management has declined insurance coverage for me.  I went through all the right channels and did all my leg work but still got declined.  I have always been larger uptop and wearing a binder everyday is downright uncomfortable at best.  I have had issues in public places such as my gym and its just to the point I want everything to match so I can finally feel comfortable in my skin.
