House Fire destroyed our home.

Thursday January 16, 2020 at approx 9pm, our lives were forever changed.  Started out as popping noises similar to balloons popping coming from garage.  Took a look and saw nothing.  Ten minutes later, a very loud noise, similar to weight being dropped from the second floor was heard.  I immediately thought my 17 yr daughter who works out, was being careless.  As soon as I got up to go check out, the garage was full of smoke and flames coming out of the walls.  My wife who was was putting my son Carlos Jr 6yr, and Carly 9yr to sleep, was not aware of the fire.  My other daughter Emily 17 yr, immediately went up to get them.  We then got our two little dogs and made our way out.  I wanted to put the fire out.  The garage door started to swell with pressure, and exploded sending us to the ground.  I got up to go inside, but my Emily, who is a wrestler, put me in a chokehold, to keep me from going inside.  During this time, my wife was on the phone with 911, and        knew help was coming.                                     Never in my wildest dreams did I think     that It would take them 25 minutes to       arrive.  Our dream home was being.          consumed before our eyes and nothing we could do.  We called our insurance to file the claim, and was told and adjuster will contact us on MONDAY!                       No compassion, nothing.  We are asking for a little help to get us through the         next few days, until the insurance comes though.  We are in need for clothes,           toiletries , etc.

My family and I have never asked for       help  before.  I just started with Orkin      one month ago, still in traning.  I am the   sole provider.  My family is my world.
