Homeless and need help

I have known Pam for over 30 years as a hard worker. She has worked with children in preschool and as a Shadow for children with special needs in LAUSD.  I always admired her positive attitude and willingness to work in such a low paying field while struggling as a single mom with her own daughter with intellectual challenges. After being laid off last June they lost their housing and have had to move into their car. They have joined the estimated 58,000 people needing help in LA.  Pam’s need for surgery is a priority but dependent on finding a place to live and recover before she can search for work.  After 6 months of looking for housing she is desperate and needs your help! “At 64 year’s old— this is not a situation I ever imaged being in!” Pam once said to me.
