Kindness for Kenzi is a fundraiser for Mckenzie Mcpherson. Mckenzie has had an initial diagnosis of Autonomic Neuropathy. This has caused Kenzi to black out, have seizures, and loss in blood pressure. She can no longer attend high school and has to limit her daily activities.
Autonomic Neuropathy occurs when the nerves that control involuntary bodily functions are damaged. This may affect blood pressure, temperature control, digestion, & bladder function. The nerve damage interferes with the messages sent between the brain and other organs and areas of the autonomic nervous system, such as the heart, blood vessels and sweat glands.
Mckenzie has been accepted to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Where her and her Family will need to stay for a week or longer. We are holding the fundraiser to help the family with medical expenses and Travel expenses.
