Fire Recovery

On the night of January 29, 2014, my home was completely destroyed by a devestating fire.  My husband and I managed to get out safely but we lost all of our beloved pets along with all of our belongings including my business inventory, tools and supplies. Our homeowners insurance settlement has allowed us to purchase another home but we are still lacking funds in order to buy furnishings. A majority of the funds received would be used for trying to cover the cost of household items. I am an artisan and I did not have business insurance to cover my loss. Part of the funds received would be funneled into buying supplies to get my business back in operation.  Simply put we are trying to get back on our feet.  I've started a blog documenting the aftermath of the fire:
