Support for Jacob Babcock's Recovery

On July 28th, Jacob Babcock was working inside of the Sherwin Williams on Lake Street in Minneapolis when he and his coworker heard a woman's scream from outside. The two employees ran out and intervened in an armed robbery, successfully stoping it from happening. As Jacob confronted the carjackers, he was shot in the back as he was leaving their car while attempting to read their license plate. After being rushed to the hospital, Jacob is now in stable condition, but has sustained serious injuries to his lungs, shoulder, and ribs. He has a long recovery ahead of him, but his family is just thankful that he is alive.  Jacob is a husband, a father of two, a friend to many, a longtime employee of Sherwin Williams, and after what he did yesterday, a hero. He risked his life and severely compromised his own health trying to save someone else - which he did.

We are asking anyone who sees this to help in any way you can. He is the primary income for his young family, and was supposed to be move them into a new house next month. The goal is to raise money to support his long recovery, many medical bills, and provide support as he may physically struggle to perform his job duties going forward.
