Funeral Fundraiser: In memory of David Stone

Dear family and friends,

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of David Harold Stone (October 25, 1954 - October 8, 2024), beloved husband of the late Pamela. Dear brother of Judy Stone and Patty Duperon. Step-father of Rhonda Adam. Loving grandfather of Caleb Adam. Great grandfather of Harper Adam. Son, Uncle, Cousin, and friend.

Direct cremation services were chosen. Interment of cremated remains will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, MI.

As we come to terms with David’s passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging David’s final farewell. We want to give him a dignified and heartfelt send-off but unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time. David did not have life insurance so we have connected with the Veterans Association for burial assistance but that does not cover the itemized expenses of the cremation, funeral home fees, and a memorial gathering to be determined at a later date. We are reaching out for support in honoring David’s memory. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help alleviate the financial strain and allow us to focus on grieving.

We also appreciate your thoughts, prayers, and messages of support during this difficult time. Your kindness means the world to us as we navigate through our grief.
