Chuck & Cassy Maurer Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
I am saddened to have to create a page for such an unfortunate tragedy, but know it is going to help a wonderful family in need.
Many people are aware that last Tuesday on the 21st of July, Chuck Maurer was suddenly taken from this world in a tragic car accident. Chuck left behind two beautiful daughters ( Alenita and Cassy), and an outstanding son (Patrick). Chuck was a bright and warm light in his family's and friends' life. He brought joy and laughter to many around him, and could get along with just about anyone ( just as long as you kept your Ford product out of his driveway). Nothing can ever replace his presence and love, but we can rally around his family and provide support .
As you may also know Chuck's youngest daughter, Cassy, was severely injured in the accident and airlifted to North Memorial. This past week Cassy had been treated for severe head trauma, and many hoped and prayed for a full recovery. With a heavy heart I hadve been informed that unfortunately Cassy has lost the battle for her life and will be taken off life support. Although Cassy leaves this world to be reunited in the arms of her with father Chuck, she has left a blessing for others. Cassy 's family will be donating her organs to other lives in need. It is truly an everlasting gift that she will leave behind. Cassy will forever be remembered and loved by family and friends, but will also live on through others from her precious gift.
Proceeds from this page will directly go to the Maurer family to help cover on going medical expenses that will arise and also any left over expenses for Chuck's and Cassy's funeral services.
Any donation is welcomed and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
