Help the Cats

Hi, I'm Alex, the co-founder of a small not-for-profit animal rescue located in Albany of Western Australia (a small city with a large rural surround)

We only began in January of this year (2025) and already have taken in more than a hundred cats and kittens in need.

Our focus is to help any animal in need, with a focus on cats that this time, to find a loving furever home, and supply any and all needed medical care they may need to live a happy and healthy life.

At this point in time, our only income comes from the cats we adopt (which mainly just covers their vet care) into loving homes, and donations from caring individuals. Thankfully this has allowed us to assist some cats and kitten that have needed a little more care than most.

One of these cats includes Violet, a two month old kitten who found herself seeking help from the streets with a wound on her foot that spread infection into the bone. We didn't hesitate to get her to one of our trusted vets, where we took their advice to remove the infected leg.

It was definitely an expensive surgery, but this is why we are here, and it's caring people like you who can assist us further.

We hope to continue with our mission of "Give every animal a chance at a better life," for many, many years to come and help every animal that enters our care.
