June 23rd, 1974-July 16th, 2023

Gilbert (Gilly) Kenneth Otterstetter, 49 years old, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday July 16th, 2023. Born and raised in Sheboygan, WI to Gilbert W. and Theresa V. (Gonzales) Otterstetter on June 23rd, 1974. He is preceded in death by his parents.

Gilbert was passionate about music, his dogs, watching movies and the Green Bay Packers.

He moved to Albuquerque in 1996. He was a current resident of the Acoma Pueblo with his partner John Aragon. Gilbert is survived by his sister, Theresa Veronica Wilmot and husband Keith D. Wilmot, his long-time partner of 25 years John F. Aragon, two nieces, Jackie Blessing & Shaun Farmer and Brittni & Chelsey Wilmot, and two nephews, Kyle & Linsey Wilmot and Dakota Wilmot and Amanda Carroll.

Currently there are no current plans for a service. A memorial will be announced at a later time.
