Nina's Medical Fund

Hello extended internet family!  Nina Viramontes, Cheremoya Elementary office technician extraordinaire, needs our support.  

Having been diagnosed with cancer in 2016, Nina has undergone multiple rounds of invasive treatments. Those of us who work with Nina have witnessed incomparable resilience, graciousness, and patience.  As someone who asks something of Nina almost daily, I often wonder how she gets through it without losing her mind!  But she doesn’t.  Instead, she offers her Cheremoya family a warm-smile and follow-through...even when the pain is visible...even when you know she should be home resting….even when she so desperately needs a reprieve.  

 With that said, Nina deserves to manage some of her constant discomfort and pain without financial stress or months of waiting for an available acupuncture appointment.  If you know Nina, you know that it took some coaxing for her to agree to a GoFundMe page...but I hope that through our generous support, Nina will feel the love that we have for her in our hearts.
