AAU Basketball Sponsorship.

Hello, to all who don’t know me my name is Deon Marcus and I coach AAU basketball and I am also a basketball trainer. With the AAU season upon us I’m looking for raise money to sponsor a few young men and women for this spring & summer AAU session which spans from March until August. I’ve been coaching AAU basketball for quite some time now and know the struggles it can cause the parents with team dues, traveling fees, spending money and other activities. For the parents and players who know me know I’ve personally come out of my pockets in last minute situations to help players in need regardless what that need is because I know how important a sport can be to a kid and in their life. I’m doing this to be proactive so I can help those in need in advance to pursue their dreams this summer. That reason may be to play for a scholarship, play against top competition or even camaraderie. I would never want to see another kid with my own eyes feel burdened because it’s not affordable and miss potential opportunities of a lifetime.

I know that was long winded but it was with the intention of painting the picture of what I’m trying to accomplish for the youth. Also it would definitely help the parent(s) of those who need the help to financially afford travel ball cost!
