Double Lung Transplant

My name is David and with my beautiful wife Brenda, ...we are in desperate need for assistance as she needs a double lung transplant which will be performed at Nebraska Medical Center. Brenda has severe COPD and AlphaOne Disease and her lung capacity is below 20%. She has spent her entire life helping others in need and now needs help to begin the rode to healing. Estimated cost approaches 2 million dollars. She will have to remain close to the Hospital for 3 months post surgery and our expenses post surgery will be excessive. Brenda currently receives weekly infusions and these will continue post surgery.
