Please help our family

I am doing a fundraiser for my family. I had back surgery in April that I am slowly healing from. I was suppose to be in the hospital for 2 to 5 days and ended up in the hospital for 5 and half weeks. I just found out I have to have another back surgery soon. So I am asking for help for my family.
