The Wood Family

Hi, my name is Jamie Rye and I am fundraising for my best friend of 25 years Sara Wood and her husband Adam. Adam was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer just before his 39th birthday this year. They have 4 beautiful children affected by this as well. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive forms of cancer. At this time Adam is going through very aggressive chemo and he has been unable to work since March 2022. He has been the sole financial provider for his family of 6 for many years. Sara has been going to school and is also his caregiver. I would like to see if we can help make their lives a little easier while she focuses on caring for Adam and her babies. Right now they are focusing on trying to get the tumor to shrink and prolonging Adam’s life as long as possible. With the medical bills piling up and Adam unable to work I’m hoping that our friends, family and linemen community will pull together to help one of our own. With the holidays quickly approaching I know any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
