8th Annual Jansen Christmas Toy Drive

What started as an idea in 2014, by a boy who wanted to donate his toys to other kids less fortunate, has turned into a community mission. This November 1st marks the beginning of the 8th Annual Jansen Christmas Toy Drive.

It's a simple idea that helps so many in our community.

Kids are asked to go through their toys, books and games picking out items other kids of like age and gender would enjoy. It's all about #kidshelpingkids!

The Jansen Family matches donations to families and children in need in our community by connecting with schools, youth groups, shelters, and drop-in centres. This initiative helps well over #500kids each year.

The kindness and generosity of our community far exceeds our expectations every year. From repeat donors, groups offering space for donation drop zones, teams promoting this initiative among players, classmates helping with packing and friends offering to deliver in time for Christmas.
