Help Oreo and his family ❤️

Hi, my name is Jodie and I run my own dog walking business. I have been lucky enough to have walked 2 year old Oreo for the past 18 months, and have been able to see what an absolute amazing dog he has turned into.

Unfortunately Oreo had a terrible accident whilst out with his owner, where he ended up being hit by a car, this has resulted in Oreo being completely unable to move his front legs or anything down his left side.

Oreo has had to stay at the vets since the accident (31/01/21), today he has received an X-ray that has revealed he has a large fracture down the front of his skull that needs to be operated on, unfortunately this can’t happen until the swelling has gone down which could take a further 3/4 days of Oreo staying at the vets. The stay at the vets alone will have a total cost of around £800, then the operation around £1500-£1800, that’s not including any further treatment to help rehabilitate Oreo.

Whilst Oreo’s owners do have insurance for him, it unfortunately will not cover the total cost, this is where I would like to try and help.

For anyone that has a dog of their own, or any pet, will understand the trauma this family are going through right now, they have 2 young children of which absolutely adore Oreo and are desperate to get him back, as am I. He is a young boy full of character and charm, and deserves to spend the rest of his life with his loving family doing all the things that dogs love.
