Legal Funds for Family Court

Hi, My name is Bek. I will have to be vague about specific details like names due to not wanting this to affect the court hearing.

My brother is fighting to get custody or at-least joint custody of his daughter. 

This has been a long battle that has been ongoing since i was 10 years old (i’m now 22). It has involved a lot of police and so much therapy.

My niece has Autism and ADHD and is only 10 years younger than me. She’s a shining star in our lives and she wants nothing more than to be safe at home with her dad.

She wants a relationship with her mother, but on her own terms.

I want my brother to have a chance, because he is doing what his daughter wants. All i can say is that she does not want to go back to her mother full time.

The fundraiser goal is the total of legal fees to get a good enough representative.

Please help my niece be in custody with her Dad.
