Daniel Acevedo

On December 24th, 1989 Daniel "Danny" Acevedo was born into this world. Immediately he started taking the hearts of everyone who met him, especially his mom, Joleen. The love and bond that Danny and his mom share is one we all wish to have in life. They say the apple doesn't fall to far from the tree and that couldn't be more accurate when talking about Danny and his mom. Danny is the youngest of four siblings who share a very special bond. While growing up Javier, Alberto, Joleneia and Danny were always together. The love they share is undeniable. As they got older life moved them around the country, be it for work, family or military but that never broke the very tight bond they have with each other, it only made it stronger. As time passed, they went on making families of their own. Danny and his beautiful wife Marissa have 5 wonderful children; Audrianna, Adalia, Daniel Jr., Dana and Arilyn. Family and friends meant everything to Danny. It wasn't possible to have a conversation with Danny without him talking about his kids. He lit up like the sun every time he spoke of his family. Danny was blessed with the gift of joy and happiness. He spread this gift to everyone he spoke with. Everyone that has met Danny can relate to this. He was always putting everyone before himself. He just wanted everyone to be happy. His laughter and smile was contagious. As Danny's journey in life was finally gaining traction, it was tragically cut short. On June 5th, 2018 God called Danny home. While we are all left here wondering why and how, to me its obvious. Danny had a much bigger purpose than we could ever imagine. He was called upon to be an angel to us all. Danny will forever live in the hearts of his children, wife, family and friends. His smile will forever burn bright in our memories, his voice forever crystal clear in our heads. We all love and miss you Danny. Fly high and watch over us all until we meet again.


During this tough time both emotionally and financially, we are asking for any support from friends and family. This came as a complete surprise to everyone. Anything you could donate would be greatly appreciated. All funds will go to support funeral expenses. Any remaining funds will go help support Danny's wife and 5 children during this tough time.
