Help the Pearson Family
Donation protected
Our dear friends The Pearson's have a tough road ahead. While co-piloting a Coast Guard Auxiliary Mission yesterday in a Cessna the engines failed and the plane crashed. Erik sustained several serious injuries to his leg, spine, face and head. He has had one emergency surgery yesterday and will require much more medical care. He is self-employed and the family will face many challenges related to this hardship.
For those of you that don't know the Pearson's well I will tell you a little about just what they mean to my family and the community. I have had the pleasure of knowing the Pearson Family for over 15-years. They are always there to offer a hand, give a shoulder or show of support to anyone in need. They are the most giving, genuine and kindest people you will ever meet. Erik volunteers for the Coast Guard Auxiliary and was co-piloting a Coast Guard Auxiliary mission of routine patrol over the Hudson River at the time of the crash. He also donates countless hours to our local theatre group and designs and builds our sets. Erik also shares his love of motorcycles with everyone he knows and rides for charities. The selfless things this family does for our community is immeasurable.
The beautiful thing about this family is no matter wat they have endured in the past they have NEVER asked for anything but have given EVERYTHING to anyone in need. It is our turn to help them. Please spread the word and donate if you are able. If you are unable to donate please keep them in your hearts and prayers. It will be a long road for everyone.
