In July of 2018 Ellis & Serena Taylor along with their 3 young boys Luke, Kale, & Nixon uprooted their whole lives & relocated 900 miles across the US. Leaving their beloved home, family, & friends behind in Southern Louisiana to follow a lifelong dream. The family of 5 who have operated a cajun specialty meats market in New Albany, Indiana have diversified the area by introducing authentic, delicious, cajun cuisine, to the good people of Kentuckiana. Over the span of 5 years Ellis & Serena, along with their boys, have put in countless, long, tiring, hours to provide these delicacies straight out of "cajun country” to the communities of New Albany, Sellersburg, Jeffersonville, Charlestown, Clarksville, and Louisville just to name a few. Not only have The Taylor’s gained an enormous business following, but personally are so very loved and valued in these communities. Recently, the Taylor family has had some very unfortunate & unexpected business related issues which have compromised the Taylor family’s livelihood here in Indiana.
