Hello,

My name is Jamal Moore, an incarcerated young Black male who is serving time in the Michigan Department of Corrections for a crime that was committed in 2013, but I am 100% innocent in the matter.

Currently I'm 29 years of age, marking my 11th year in prison. Coming to prison at the age of 17 was and is the most traumatic event that has ever happened to me in my life. I understand if you do the crime do the time but l'm totally against if you didn't do the crime you shouldn't do the time. For 12 years I have been fighting my case trying to prove my innocence and obtain my freedom, but in a broken system it is hard to do so. It is not easy being a young Black male incarcerated obstacles are thrown at you daily and each day is a challenge. I got sentenced from 22-40 years by hearsay with no hard core evidence.

All donations will be used to for get Jamal home back to his son and his family.
