Story:

We are reaching out to you on behalf of Jayden, a brave young soul currently undergoing treatment at DeVos Children’s Hospital. Jayden has been diagnosed with SVC syndrome and is also battling blood clots. Despite these challenges, Jayden is awaiting transfer to Nebraska Transplant for evaluation for a GI transplant.

From birth, Jayden has faced pseudo-obstruction, a condition that creates a false blockage in his GI system. This has meant relying on a central line in his chest and an ostomy bag. At just shy of 13 years old, Jayden now qualifies for a transplant that could transform his life, freeing him from these burdens and giving him a new chance at health and happiness.

However, this journey is not easy. The transplant process will require Jayden to be in Nebraska for 3-6 months, adding to the financial strain on his family. Medical bills, travel, accommodation, and other expenses are mounting.
