Dylan’s fund

I am doing this on behalf of Dylan’s family for Gemma & Arran at this awful time. Please see Dylan’s story Dylan got diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cancer on the 18th May he then went through 3 rounds of chemotherapy some of the chemo was a lot more intense and aggressive. 15th September dylans little sister riley donated 85% of her bone marrow for her big brother to recieve in a transplant on the

16th September Dylan had his transplant showed really good signs on his recovery. But today we got some very upsetting news about Dylan’s aml leukemia

It has come back and is incurable. Words can't describe how broken we all are.. we pray time is on our side so Dylan can make more memories with his family.
