Rusty's Medical Fund

My name is Rusty Taylor. I spent over 20 years doing home and industrial painting. In 2007 at the age of 46, I was unable to continue working because of my severe COPD. My lung function was at a 31%. Now I am at the end stage of respiratory failure with only 19% lung function.
I went through 17 months of testing at the University of Chicago. I was near the end of the all testing to be put on the list for a bilateral lung transplant. At that time, I was denied because of diastolic disfunction (cardiac issues). After getting turned down from other institutes I finally have an appointment to get a second opinion at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota in December. I will have 6 days of testing before finding out if I will be placed on a lung transplant list.
Insurance only covers certain things. Traveling expenses and some medical expenses/co-payments are not covered. I would appreciate any help you may be able to give. No gift is too small. If everyone could send prayers and share this for me, my family and I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you and God Bless
