Aid a Resilient Mother Facing Hardship

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to click on my fundraiser and read a little bit about it. My name is Madison, and I am a mama to 2 beautiful babies. My son Hendrix, who is 5, and my daughter Miya, who is 2! I am also 24 weeks pregnant with another baby girl. It took a lot to swallow my pride and create this fundraiser, but I realized sometimes people need help and that is okay!
I became pregnant back in April very unexpectedly while having an IUD. I had a rough start with the typical pregnancy symptoms, but things quickly took a turn for the worst when I was diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Morning sickness quickly turned into all-day sickness, and eventually, before I knew it, I was knocking on death's door. I was hospitalized multiple times for the inability to tolerate any oral intake, losing 35 lbs in 3 weeks, and going into kidney failure from severe dehydration. My body was starving itself, and I was becoming malnourished very quickly. I was ultimately hospitalized for 4 weeks total. I was given a PICC line through which I received TPN, and a Zofran pump that was attached to me 24/7.
Due to the nature of my sickness, it caused me to miss a substantial amount of time from work, ultimately causing me to become behind on my rent and utilities. My landlord was very lenient and patient while I tried to get back on my feet. Unfortunately, I was not able to get back to where I wanted as fast as I wanted, and now I am facing eviction. I have until 10/07/2024 at 5:00 PM to come up with my August rent totaling $1400. Unfortunately, I am also behind on September and October as well, but the August payment would save me from eviction at this time. I do not have any family that can help with my rent or house myself or my babies. We will be homeless if the balance is not paid by the above time. I have sought help through local resources in my community, but unfortunately, at this time there is no funding available.
Being homeless is my biggest fear at this time, and I’m starting to spiral down a path of depression due to the thought of being homeless with 2 babies while also being 24 weeks pregnant. I know everyone is struggling right now in this economy, but I decided I had to do everything in my power to avoid being homeless; so I swallowed my pride to ask for help. If you all have read this far, thank you so very much! Any extra money that is raised beyond the $1400 will be used to catch up on my outstanding utility bills, groceries, and gas to get my son to and from school.
Thank you all in advance from the very bottom of my heart!
