Walk to Help Ukrainian Children 2024

In 2023 I walked the Camino Frances to raise funds for Ukraine. I raised $8800. These funds were donated to Ukrainian Patriot to help protect and save Ukrainian children.

Ukrainians are still suffering and dying. My determination to help and support them to survive and to win has not wavered. In 2024 I have now completed the Portuguese Camino walk to raise funds to save Ukrainian lives.

The war is getting worse. Children and being targeted by Putin's bombs. The attacks are more frequent and deadly. The children are traumatized. Their education is stalled.

I am now in Ukraine volunteering where I am needed most. I help out at the The Frontline Kitchen who collect food and process it into dehydrated meals for the soldiers at the frontline. I help out at an orphanage, teaching children English and meet mothers and children at the train station who have fled from the war zone. Helping them to find a safe haven to rest and heal. I am also helping to establish a community shelter south of Lviv to provide a home for the many displaced people in Ukraine.
