Sarah's Barcelona Field Hockey Trip

Early in my life it was apparent that I was blessed with athleticism. I played and excelled at soccer, basketball, gymnastics, softball, and track from age 3 to 13. My eighth grade year I was introduced to field hockey. I played for a rec team my 8th grade year. My Freshman year I made the Varsity team for Thomas Worthington and started at Right Wing. I became the leading scorer for our team, and we became STATE CHAMPIONS! I have found my true passion in sports!!!! I plan on becoming more skilled and taking this sport to the collegiate level! Now I have an opportunity to play with a club team called Field Hockey Life coached by two time Olympic Team Member, Keli Smith Puzo. Our team is invited to go to Barcelona, Spain!!!! We will be playing on the Olympic Field Hockey field, we will give back through community service and learn field hockey skills at an international level. With this amazing opportunity, I need assistance with funding. I plan to raise money to pay for this trip myself. I am babysitting, doing chores, and anything else that comes my way.
