An unexpected loss

On July 16, I was unwinding, coming back from work and received a call that sent chills down my spine. unbeknownst to me, my husband was the victim of a heinous crime, where his life was taken from him, by a horrible monster. a hard worker, a father to my children, and my life long companion who is now gone. since this was so unexpected, neither him or me though that we would be paying a funeral any time soon. our children now grown and blessed with grandchildren , we were in the middle of just enjoying our golden years next to one another. but now instead of planning that trip or that cruise we always discussed, I am left to plan a funeral service. I simply don't have the funds to give him even a basic burial, and thus I turn to your sense of generosity... not only in funds, but in blessings to keep him in your prayers. I leave you with a message today, from someone who lost the love of his life in just a senseless instant... hold your son, your mother, your wife.... hold them tight, because you never know when you are gonna wake up in the morning... and that kiss, well that kiss can easily be your last. god bless.
