Help the Brooks Family Rebuild After Fire

Around midnight on March 25th, my sister, Kaitlyn, woke up to the smell of smoke. Quickly, she realized the apartment above their home, which they had lived in for 8 years, was aggressively in flames. Her first thoughts were, of course, saving her children. Koda (18 months) and Kincaid (8 weeks) were sleeping soundly as Kaitlyn and Reynolds (husband) grabbed them to escape the disaster. They were able to get out just in time, leaving their whole lives inside those walls, before smoke and water (from putting out the fire above) ruined all their belongings, but most importantly, memories.

We thank God for protecting Kaitlyn, Reynolds, Koda, and Kincaid. Yet, there is a long road ahead for their family.

Everything is damaged from clothes, beds, strollers, all household items, kids' books, toys....and most importantly Koda's beloved pink pocketbook.

The Brooks Family has to start over completely, so we want to rally around them to do all we can to help. Any support is greatly appreciated to help them get back on their feet. Please keep Kaitlyn, Reynolds, and the kiddos in your prayers as they navigate the aftermath of this horrible event.

Funds will go towards replacing temporary housing and everyday essentials.
