Leon's Top Surgery

Hello! My name is Leon. As many of you know, I am a trans man. I recently found out that my insurance will not cover top surgery, which is a necessary procedure for me.

For those of you who don't know, top surgery is essentially a double mastectomy that will create a masculine appearing chest. This procedure will massively improve my quality of life and allow me to be a happier person in general.

I have been trying to get top surgery since 2022, and due to a change in insurance my original 2023 surgery date had to be cancelled because the new insurance company would no longer cover it.

My hope is to get this surgery before the end of the year, and I am also saving up as much money as I can on my own end. I will stop the fundraiser as soon as I have enough money altogether, regardless of if the GoFundMe goal has been met.
