Remembering Blake

Hi, my name is Blue and I am fundraising to help cover the cost of my husband’s funeral service.

My husband Blake passed away on Friday, July 21st, 2023. There are no words that will ever be enough to describe how devastated I am that he is gone. Blake is the second person in my immediate family that I have lost to gun violence in the last year. Blake was the sole income earner for our family and this is not a cost that we could have covered at all.

The cost for his funeral is $7,500, but I am raising additional funds in hopes that I can put together a special memorial for him in our home for our two children, Griffin (3) and Freddie (1). Any funds raised beyond our initial goal of $10,000 will go towards the caring of our two children.

Blake was and always will be the best dad for our kids. He cared so deeply for them, did everything for them, never said no when they asked him to play with them, he truly loved them with his entire soul. I want to make sure that they are able to grow up knowing how much he loved them, even if they are too young to remember him.
