Single mom infected with Covid-19

I am the sole provider of 2 young boys and live alone with them. My family is all in California and I have to stay in NY for legal reasons because of the kids.  I have been able to make due with all I need paycheck to paycheck for me and the kids. I do work in hospitality and Unfortunately the hotel industry was hit hard because of the virus. I was laid off from my sales job last week with just a 2 day notice. I did start feeling sick last week as well. I was having trouble breathing and intense body pains. I did get tested positive for coronavirus and have been alone without help since my family is so far away. Today I had a really bad episode of coughing, fever body aches and shortness of breathe. My family forced me to call.for am EMT and have been in the hospital all day. I was having trouble breathing and heart rate was high. They stabilized my oxygen and discharged me since there is nothing else that can be done. I was told if I had trouble breathing again to come back to the ER. It is scary for myself and my family but getting through it one day at a time. Thank you for any help.
