SAVE Crossing the Jordan
Donation protected
On behalf of Crossing the Jordan Graduates & Alumni, I have created this Go Fund Me page. Crossing the Jordan Academy is an 18 month Residential Recovery Program for those of us that struggled with addiction, homelessness, domestic violence, and/or were victims of human trafficking.
Our nonprofit program was considered Essential but but not the retail stores that fund our mission. Our thrift stores were shut down, despite our efforts to work with local govt and local law enforcement. We house over 100 residents including children. On May 2nd, we opened our stores to avoid having our residents being forced back into homelessness. Beginning on May 11th, Co-Founder, Michael Bryant, has been cited (technically arrested & released) 3 times a day EVERY DAY and promised this will continue until we agree to shut down.
Crossing the Jordan has filed suit against Governor Newsom and our local govt and law enforcement to protect our constitutional right to be open. We do not rely on your tax payers dollars to fund our mission and we simply want to work honorable to contribute to our own recovery and transform our lives.
Please help us save our organization and consider donating to recover our losses from our 6 week shutdown and help pay for any legal costs from our lawsuit and citation costs. We are incurring $3,000 per day in fines.

Thank you so very much.
